The story

Pink Dragon is born from the collaboration between Kali, LBF Group Italia, and Nicola of JYN Coffee Indonesia, with the aim of showcasing one of the most fascinating territories in the global coffee landscape.

The cherries are harvested exclusively at their perfect ripeness and subjected to controlled anaerobic fermentation with selected yeasts.
