It all started over a cup of coffee. One of those cups that makes you realize that what you had been drinking until the day before was just a habit. From that moment on, we were never able to go back.

We started selecting, roasting, and tasting coffee with a simple idea: a truly good product should speak for itself. It should surprise you from the first sip, without needing any explanation.

This is how Kali was born.

An artisan micro-roastery in the heart of the Marche region where freshness comes first. We roast in small batches and produce only what is needed, because we believe that coffee should reach our customers at the peak of its expression. Over time, we have also expanded our focus to include other local excellences, selecting products that share the same philosophy we apply every day to coffee.

Because we believe that quality should not be a privilege for a few, but an experience to be lived every day.
